DETAIL YOUR ACTION PLAN

As mentioned in ‘1A’, I shall be focusing on special effects. To further put it into detail however, I will be exploring what techniques are necessary in special effects to make them more realistic in a piece of live action footage and how to make effects drive the narrative of a film rather than distract it. Effects shouldn’t always be fancy and ‘in your face’ because the best effects are usually those that you don’t notice or believe to be real. The challenge I set for myself is to create a short film which involves special effects but are used as a way to enhance the film instead of distracting the audience.
